PUMP MAINTENANCE

All parts are disassembled.

Runout of the shafts is checked.
Windlass Maintenance
The windlass arriving at our workshop is dismantled.
The windlass shaft is lifted into the lathe and the dimensions of its runout and bearing locations are checked.
Hydraulic Piston Maintenance
The piston arriving at our workshops is dismantled and the pipe and rod are separated from each other.
Propulsion Maneuvering System and Bowthruster
The propulsion maneuvering system and bow thrusters arriving at our workshop are disassembled after the necessary markings are made.
Crank Grinding
